Job Description

An international mobile game development and publishing company is looking for an experienced Unity Developer for high-ranking projects.The company has been operating for 10 years and specializes in creating popular mid-core games that are successful with millions of users. Some of their products have reached over 15 million downloads, securing leadership positions in the industry.The candidate will join a team of professionals with successful experience in creating sought-after and highly rated mobile games.Responsibilities:Work on both the client and server sides of the game: support and optimize existing functionality, implement new featuresSolve technical challenges that arise during game development and support.Ensure the app’s stability, diagnose, and fix bugsOptimize performance and graphics quality for mobile devicesCollaborate with the design team, artists, and other developers to implement game mechanicsEnsure the project meets current technical standards and mobile platform requirementsCreate and maintain tools to simplify development and testing 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry2.5+ years of relevant experience with Unity2+ years of experience in mobile game developmentStrong experience working on the client side of gamesA relevant university degreeRussian proficiency at C1+ levelEnglish proficiency at B1+ levelHigh attention to detailStrong organizational skills and punctualityMeticulous approach to work: minimal errors and careful handling of dataAbility to work within a time tracking systemSuccessful experience in mobile projects (at least one project that reached 100k+ downloads)Willingness to work on a B2B contractWill be a plus:Experience with the server-side using Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScriptKnowledge of MongoDB and experience with this databaseTechnical experience working with crash reports and ANR (App Not Responding)Experience with analytical tools (Google Play Console, App Store Connect, or Crashlytics) Competitive salary ranging from $2500 to $4500 gross, depending on experienceFully remote work in a rapidly developing industryWork in an international company with a cohesive team of professionals
