We are looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join our team in Pune as .NET Developers at various experience levels. This role involves hands-on development, system design, and opportunities for leadership and mentoring, depending on experience. You'll be working on full-stack development using a range of Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL Server, Angular, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and SQL Server 
• Build responsive UI using Angular/AngularJS 
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers (for senior/lead roles)
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions
• Work within an Agile environment and follow best practices in development

Key Requirements:

• 3–10 years of hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, Angular, and WinForms 
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
