This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and customer service, seeking to assist Nordic-speaking clients in enhancing their online presence.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO services.Assist clients with their service-related questions, including campaign management, analytics interpretation, and account setup.Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and service improvements.Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO to provide relevant advice and insights to clients.Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
