This role is perfect for individuals fluent in any of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) who are passionate about digital marketing and customer support. In this position, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions, providing them with expert guidance and support. Join our innovative team and help clients navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape while enjoying a dynamic work environment.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service to clients in Nordic languages via various communication channels.Assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.Provide knowledgeable support and professional advice to enhance customer satisfaction.Accurately document customer interactions for future reference and improvement.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Participate in ongoing training to stay current with changes in digital marketing trends and tools. Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is required.
