Job Summary: 
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator Intern to support daily office operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in office administration, coordination, and organizational support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. 
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed. 
  • Coordinate maintenance for office equipment, laptops, and other assets. 
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. 
  • Provide general administrative support to office team members. 
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities. 
  • Greet visitors and assist with inquiries. 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. 
  • Track office attendance and assist with HR initiatives. 
  • Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance. 
  • Coordinate with building management for facility-related matters. 
  • Assist with tracking office expenses and preparing finance reports. 
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. 
  • No prior experience required, but office admin experience is a plus. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting/bookkeeping is a plus. 
  • Able to work independently and within a team. 
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a plus.
