Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee administrative project functions including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and response times.
  • Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and provide support in Human Resources functions.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Track inventory and order office supplies as needed, ensuring a well-stocked office environment.
  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
