  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle office challenges proactively.
  • Experience with budget management and office resource allocation.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations to ensure a productive, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate and support travel arrangements, events, and team meetings to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, office policies, and company procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, coordinating the setup of workstations and office equipment.
  • Support HR and finance teams with necessary documentation and administrative duties.
  • Manage office maintenance and vendor relationships to ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
  • Coordinate employee wellness and team-building activities to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
