- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle office challenges proactively.
- Experience with budget management and office resource allocation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

- Support HR and finance teams with necessary documentation and administrative duties.
- Manage office maintenance and vendor relationships to ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
- Coordinate employee wellness and team-building activities to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
