We’re DenaliTEK, an award-winning Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Anchorage, and we’re looking to hire a high-performance B2B sales professional. You’ll be selling IT services that truly help local businesses stay secure, productive, and profitable. This is a hybrid role — you’ll have office space and team support, but we expect you to be spending your time out building relationships and closing deals, not sitting at a desk.

We want a true hunter — someone who loves to prospect, thrives on closing, and doesn’t crumble when faced with objections. This is not a fit for someone who needs hand-holding, avoids rejection, or expects leads handed to them all day.

You’ll have a solid comp plan with uncapped commissions, real marketing support, and a leadership team that actually understands and appreciates sales. If you're tired of the games, politics, and broken comp plans at your current gig — we should talk.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with small to mid-sized businesses
  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to communicate technical solutions in business terms (we’ll train you on the tech)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Based in Anchorage, AK, with the ability to attend meetings and events around town
  • Willing to work outside normal hours for occasional networking or prospect meetings

  •  Base salary + uncapped commissions (on-target earnings of $120K+)
  •  Hybrid role – office provided, but we want you in front of clients
