Plant Accounting Administrator
to join our team in Thessaloniki.

What you will need to do:

Cost controlling and analysis (production, SG&A)
Monitoring G/L, assets, accounts receivables, accounts payables
Business partnering with all plant departments preparing and reporting cost and financial data (Production, Warehouses, HR, Supply Chain)
Warehouse monitoring / warehouse book controlling (quantities and prices)
Participate in month-end closing procedure
Review existing accounting procedures and accounting transactions / perform accounts reconciliations / analyze discrepancies and prepare necessary provisions
Issue sales invoices related to services through SAP (SD knowledge)
Overview year-end stock counting activities
WBS follow-up for ETIL / prepare monthly provisions following full alignment with business partners
Monitor and execute weekly payments process
Support finance &accounting processes and cross-functional activities (P2P, VIM, etc)

What you need to possess:

Bachelor in Finance / Economics
Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
2-5 years of relevant professional experience in cost accounting, financial analysis or plant accounting in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in excel / MS 365 copilot
Excellent working knowledge of SAP FI-SD-CO Software will be considered an asset
Strong skills in English language, both oral and written
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills including the ability to present detailed analyses
Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy &adherence to deadlines
Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
