Looking for a flexible, part-time job that works with your school schedule? We’re hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help with office tasks, marketing, and bilingual communication. This is an in-office position, perfect for high school or college students who are motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities Include:
- Translate verbal and written communications between Spanish and English.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and keep records organized.
- Draft and send emails, memos, and other communications.
- Assist with social media management and marketing campaigns.
- Research vendors, order office supplies, and handle basic office upkeep.
- Plan meetings, take notes, and provide event coordination support.
- Greet visitors and assist with general office tasks.
- Perform data entry and data mining tasks to update and maintain accurate information as needed.
- Support basic accounting tasks (no experience needed—we’ll train you!).
- Help ensure the office runs smoothly with other tasks as needed.
- Fluency in Spanish & English (required) – must be able to translate both written and spoken communication.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize/manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media and marketing tools is a plus, but not required.
