Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payments Project Coordinator to oversee and manage all new projects within the Risk & Payment Operations division. This role is designed for an independent and proactive professional who will be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and delivering new projects. This role requires a high degree of ownership and accountability in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery of high-quality results within agreed timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and execute all new projects related to the Risk & Payment Operations division, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including compliance, IT, finance, and product teams, to facilitate smooth project implementation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new project initiatives, providing updates and reports to senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure that projects align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Work with third-party vendors and CRM Suite system providers to enhance and streamline processes.
  • Continuously evaluate project effectiveness and propose improvements to optimize workflows and outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Payments industry, with a strong understanding of financial transactions, payment processing, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent command of the English language. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with third-party CRM Suite systems, enabling a smooth adaptation to existing processes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of new initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability for the success of the projects’ lead.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with various departments.
