Our client is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in paid media across platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They design targeted ad strategies, manage tracking, create compelling content, optimize eCommerce feeds, and provide data-driven performance reports.


About the Role:

Our client is looking for a talented Performance Creative Designer with experience in designing high-performing social media ad creatives for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. The ideal candidate has a background in creating video ads and performance-based creative assets that support digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging social media ad creatives that drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad creative strategies aligned with campaign goals.
• Participate in client calls to present and explain creative strategy and ad designs.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in social media advertising and digital marketing.

• 2+ years of experience in performance ad design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of advertising psychology, design trends, and A/B testing.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with the ability to join client calls.
• Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara (office in Andares)

• Salary: $1,200 - $1,300 USD/month
