With over 8 years of experience in performance marketing, you will set the strategic direction, drive client success, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while constantly refining strategies to maximize impact. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on—guiding the team, working closely with clients, and collaborating across departments to push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital marketing. You have a deep understanding of the full funnel, balancing acquisition, retention, and brand growth while leveraging data-driven insights to drive sustainable performance.
