Since 2009, WEDOO has been a leading Web Design & Digital Marketing Agency, with an extensive portfolio and a strong client base across Greece. Now, we are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Set up advertising accounts and implement tracking codes on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
Design, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, META, and other digital platforms.
Analyze data and create monthly reports to assess advertising performance.
Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC to ensure maximum campaign efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
Conduct market and competitor research relevant to the client’s industry.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to enhance advertising assets.
Communicate with clients to handle their requests and address their inquiries.
Continuous learning in Digital Marketing to adopt new practices and tools for ad account management.

2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, Excel).
Knowledge of SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
