Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Polish Speaking Consultant to join our Online Payment Solutions Department. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our Polish-speaking clients navigate and optimize their online payment systems. Your expertise will enable clients to enhance their transaction processes, ensuring they achieve the highest levels of service and security.

As a consultant, you'll deliver personalized support and guidance to clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions that align with their business objectives. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will play a vital role in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their payment journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
• Provide training and support on payment systems, including setup and best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and enhance customer experience
• Stay updated on the latest trends in online payments and payment technology

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support
• Basic knowledge of online payment systems is advantageous but not mandatory
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
• A team player who can work collaboratively within a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus but not essential
