In this vital role, you will offer specialized consultancy and support to Polish-speaking clients as they navigate the world of online payments. Given the rapid growth of e-commerce, your expertise will be critical in helping businesses implement effective and secure payment solutions.In this role, you will advise clients on tailored payment systems and assist them through the onboarding process. If you have a genuine passion for technology, finance, and outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply and make a significant impact!Your ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional consultancy services to Polish-speaking clients regarding our online payment solutions.Assist clients with the onboarding and implementation of customized payment systems that meet their unique needs.Monitor and troubleshoot transaction processes to ensure smooth operations.Educate clients on payment compliance and security measures necessary for the online payments landscape.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions in our CRM system. Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
