This vital Entry Level role involves partnering with our clients to explore and implement cutting-edge AI technologies that can transform their business operations. You will be instrumental in guiding organizations through the complexities of AI adoption, ensuring they capitalize on the latest advancements in the field.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating client requirements, providing in-depth training, and crafting bespoke AI solutions tailored to their unique challenges. Collaboration with both clients and technical teams will be essential to ensure a seamless integration and effective use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients to assess their AI needs and develop custom solutions
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify opportunities for AI integration within clients' operations
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of AI technologies
• Work alongside technical teams to design and implement effective AI strategies that align with business goals
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback for ongoing improvement
• Keep informed about the latest trends in AI and how they can benefit clients across various sectors

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications in business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships
• Experience in consulting, project management, or technical support is a plus
• Analytical skills for diagnosing client needs and proposing viable solutions
• A collaborative team player who excels in a dynamic work environment
• Prior experience in a tech-related industry or relevant role is an advantage
