As a consultant, you will provide tailored guidance based on each client's unique needs, helping them overcome challenges and improve their payment solutions. Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to Portuguese-speaking clients with their online payment-related inquiries
• Conduct training sessions on effective use of payment solutions and best practices
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive support records
• Collaborate with colleagues to address complicated client issues and develop effective strategies
• Collect feedback to enhance service offerings and ensure they align with client needs
• Keep abreast of industry advancements and online payment technology trends

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement
• Strong emphasis on customer service and a proactive approach to support
• Basic familiarity with online payment systems is advantageous but not required
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and addressing client challenges
• A collaborative team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
