About the RoleAs a Power Pack Technician at OM SHAKTHI HYDRAULICS PVT LTD, you will be responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, and servicing hydraulic power packs. Your role will directly contribute to the timely and efficient operation of our hydraulic solutions in various industrial applications.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble hydraulic power pack units based on project specifications.Conduct comprehensive testing of completed power packs to ensure functionality and safety.Diagnose and repair hydraulic system failures and malfunctions.Perform regular maintenance checks and upgrades on existing power pack systems.Maintain accurate documentation of service and repair activities.Work closely with the engineering team to improve design specifications and operational procedures.Provide technical support and guidance to customers on power pack operations and maintenance. Minimum Requirements(Education, training, experience, specific knowledge, business understanding)Education/ExperienceDiploma/Certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hydraulic systems.Specific KnowledgeStrong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.Experience with assembling and troubleshooting hydraulic circuits.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Basic knowledge of safety practices in hydraulic operations.
