DescriptionIntergo Telecom Ltd, a fast-growing technology company with a strong presence in the industry, is looking for a highly motivated professional interested in developing their career to be based at our offices in Paphos, Cyprus.In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team to reach their goals by providing pre-sales support, maintaining the quality and integrity of our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, and assisting with reporting, campaign creation, and overall CRM administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support the sales team within the fast-paced telecommunications sector. Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely data entry into the CRM, maintaining up-to-date customer and sales recordsRegularly clean the data in the system for consistency, completeness, and accuracy, especially for customer profiles, sales, and service subscriptionsWork with sales and customer support teams to resolve data-related issues in the CRM systemAssist, manage and update the fields and data in CRM Generate and maintain pre-sales reports to track performance, sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progressCollaborate with sales teams to create and track campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and upsellAssist in onboarding new users and ensure best practices for CRM data entry and navigationCommunicate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations of CRM and accurate data flowAssist the sales and pre-sales teams in scheduling meetings, managing leads, sales opportunities, and service activations Provide administrative support, including documentation preparation, system updates and user access management Previous experience in a similar role within the telecom industry is preferableExperience in data entry or sales support is considered an advantage  Fluent in English language, verbal and writtenProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiar with reporting and CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)Understanding of telecommunications products, services, and customer lifecycleStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrityAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically Attractive remuneration package Flexible working hours and commitment to work-life balanceGenerous annual leave entitlementPossibilities for ongoing professional growth and advancementAn engaging and inclusive workplaceHQs in Paphos, part of a bonded diversified team, complimentary snacks and beveragesWhy choose Intergo Telecom Ltd?If what you are looking for is working with flexible terms for a niche company, part of a truly multicultural team, that values its employees and has great respect for work-life balance, then this is your chance to thrive!We’d love to hear from you if you believe this proposition is the right next step in your career.
