Sword Services Greece S.A. is seeking to recruit energetic individuals to join our esteemed Bid management team as a Presales Consultant. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks and will support the Bid management team in the compilation and submission of European public tenders for information and communication services.

What you will do...

• Participate in the preparation of technical offers and solutions
• Participate to the life cycle for the production of offers/responses to open call for tenders, published by International Organizations and European Institutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments as well as tendering partners and subcontractors.
• Monitor and review documents related to the technical offer and the technical capacity of the company (experience in projects and services, availability of expert profiles etc.)

What is your experience...

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or relevant field;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language (C2 Level);
• Experience working with office software (MS Office);

Experience in the following will be considered as an asset:

• Production of technical documentation in English.
