We are currently in need of a Primavera (P6) System and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team On-site in Bremerton, WA and San Diego, CA!.Pay rate- $100,000-160,000/yrJob Responsibilities:Lead Project Team in implementation of the Primavera P6 scheduling softwareDevelop and Coordinate training courses for Primavera P6 scheduling softwareProvide continuous, ongoing training and support to system usersProvide support, oversight, and technical inputs related to Primavera system interconnectivity to other IT systems and data basesProvide ongoing analysis of system efficiency and effectiveness, recognizing and controlling processes designed to continuously improve the Project Planning and Management process.Provide system reporting as requested by end users and senior leadershipServe as the internal subject matter expert for Primavera P6 platform and lead the activities and operations of the platform across the system and for all usersContinuously gain awareness and understanding of the ship repair Scheduling essentials, and the operations that lead to successful project execution. Must have considerable experience using and supporting Primavera SoftwareKnowledge and experience of P6 integrations API and Webservices would be a plusMust have experience developing and coordinating custom training for geographically diverse workforceMust have experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, and PowerAutomateMust have knowledge of Secure System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management methodologies including change management controls, secure configurations, and safety and criticality analysisPosition requires excellent time management, technical, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate across a multi-functional teamAbility to work with partners and vendorsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time CTS, LLC offers a comprehensive benefit package to eligible employees.
