The Role

Goal: Become the voice of the customer and validate the product with real users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer research (qualitative and quantitative)
• Conduct user interviews and analyze data
• Transform insights into product recommendations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams

• Experience as a product manager, UX researcher, startup founder, or service industry operator
