A leading company in the Marine Technology industry, is actively seeking a Product Design Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced CAD/CAE systems to perform 3D and 2D design and drafting tasks

for components, systems, piping networks, and metallic structures.

• Create and maintain product Bill of Materials (BOM), product configurations,

technical specification documents, and data sheets.

• Create technical diagrams such as Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID),

Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and Equipment Arrangement drawings in accordance

with international standards.

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in product development, product design machinery manufacturing or equivalent. Experience from the maritime industry is beneficial.
• Very good knowledge of 3D CAD parametric modeling (preferably Solidworks) and of 2D CAD design (AutoCad).
• Working experience in piping design and material specifications.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Problem solving, self-motivated and results oriented with a strong can-do mentality.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Working experience with PDM systems (preferably SolidWorks EPDM) and ERP

systems (preferably D365)

• Have working experience with flow calculations software such as PipeFlow or CFD

(ANSYS Fluent)
