About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Hair Accessories Designer & Product Developer to join our team in South Korea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and trend-driven hair accessories, from concept to final production. This role requires a deep understanding of fashion trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to create high-quality, market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research current and upcoming fashion trends to develop innovative hair accessory designs.
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes for new products.
• Select materials, colors, and embellishments in alignment with brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
• Oversee product development from concept to final sample approval.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align product designs with market demands.
• Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot design or production issues.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, new materials, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Korean manufacturers and suppliers.
• A strong portfolio showcasing past hair accessory designs.
  
  Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing hair accessories, fashion accessories, or similar products.
• Strong understanding of materials, embellishments, and production techniques.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD programs.
• Ability to create detailed sketches and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the Korean fashion industry and global accessory trends.
• Fluent in Korean and English is a plus.
