Job Description

The Product Manager will work very closely with Senior Leadership with the following functions and responsibilities: Product ManagementCompose, champion, and drive the strategy, roadmap for the company's internal tools and pricing strategy systemsDrive product strategy and innovation with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve a cohesive and unified strategy across the companyCreate business cases and requirements for a unique product or set of systems, functions, and features in the company's suite of software and systems Develop mastery of the company's business logic, pricing strategies, and the related internal tools· Lead our product team to deliver exceptional internal customer experiences across our facilities and operational teams Work closely with the development team, translate business requirements to technical requirements, and provide clarity on direction and purpose of product development initiativesProduct Support and AnalyticsProvides day-to-day support for their product’s users by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.Provide insights on product strategy, industry trends, etc. to the Senior Leadership Team Assess the quality and effectiveness of our strategies, systems, and tools through performance metrics (technical performance, sales, traffic, and product usage).Define, implement, monitor, and improve performance KPIs Education: 4-year degree or equivalent work experiencePossess a solid understanding of web development and e-commerce environmentsAbility to manage resources and processes across multiple locations and time zones Experience working with engineering and creative staff in a fast-paced environmentAgile experience a big plusProject Management Experience of complex projects and multi-team stakeholders is a big plusExperience JIRA, Asana or other productivity tools is a big plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills and working with technical and non-technical teams Organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize, and focus are paramountExperience working for US-based companies is a plus Working Conditions:Working hours are 2 PM to 11 PM Pacific timeRemote work, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid working setup in the future at the company’s discretion; offices are located in Mandaluyong City and Clark, Pampanga
