We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative products in the brokerage industry, with a focus on futures, options, and derivatives. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and trading platforms, coupled with the ability to drive product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for brokerage offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products.
• Gather and analyze market trends, customer insights, and industry data to guide product decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

•  5-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a brokerage firm specializing in futures, options, or derivatives.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
