Job Description

Product Support and Analytics• Provides day-to-day support for their product’s users by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.• Provide insights on product strategy, industry trends, etc. to the Senior Leadership Team • Assess the quality and effectiveness of our strategies, systems, and tools through performance metrics (technical performance, sales, traffic, and product usage).• Define, implement, monitor, and improve performance KPIs • Education: 4-year degree or equivalent work experience• Possess a solid understanding of web development and e-commerce environments• Ability to manage resources and processes across multiple locations and time zones • Experience working with engineering and creative staff in a fast-paced environment• Agile experience a big plus• Project Management Experience of complex projects and multi-team stakeholders is a big plus• Experience JIRA, Asana or other productivity tools is a big plus• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and working with technical and non-technical teams • Organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize, and focus are paramount• Experience working for US-based companies is a plus Working conditions• Working hours are 2 PM to 11 PM Pacific time• Remote work, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid working setup in the future at the company’s discretion; offices are located in Mandaluyong City and Clark, Pampanga
