Main Responsibilities

Creation and monitoring of production plans on long, medium and short-term basis in order to support sales forecasts/demand plans and achieve optimal productivity

Monitors and reviews manufacturing efficiencies & demand patterns and proposes proactive schedule changes to ensure optimum service level is met and proper handling of products with short shelf life

Determines Raw & Packaging Materials needs and ensures their availability

Monitors and controls the stock levels for both materials and finished goods, in order to achieve inventory goals

Monitors and maintains KPIs related to Production, Forecasting, Customer Service Level, Stock Levels, etc

Participation in projects focused on reducing lead-times, costs (production, packaging, stock levels) and improving cash flow, productivity, customer service, etc.

Coordinating and liaising with all Departments involved (Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, etc.)

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, etc.)

2-3 years of experience in a relevant position will be considered an asset

Excellent knowledge of Greek & English languages

Computer literacy (especially skills in spreadsheets handling – Excel or similar platform)
