Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive programs end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.

• Collaborate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams, acting as a bridge between diverse stakeholders.

• Independently manage projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating a strong ability to self-start and take initiative.

• Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication across all levels.

• Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.

• Assist in setting up key processes and continuously improve project management methodologies.

• Proactively solve problems, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering or a related field is required.

• MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.

• 0-2 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a related role.

• Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams, including both tech and non-tech teams.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in climate-tech, sustainability, or agriculture-related sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
