Job Title: Project Manager

Reports to: On-Site Program Manager

Summary/Objective:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing assigned projects within Delaware Nation Industries, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. The Project Manager will develop project plans, track progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate project activities across teams and departments, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage resources and budget to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Report on project status, including updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This job operates in an office environment. Standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and copiers, will be used. The position primarily requires sitting for long periods in front of a computer.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

Travel:

Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and project-related activities.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience within the government contracting environment.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; security clearance may be required based on project funding.
