Street Child is seeking a dedicated individual to support the humanitarian response in Ukraine due to the ongoing war. This is an opportunity to join a well-established international organisation and contribute to its growing team. The Project Officer will focus on education and child protection interventions in a humanitarian context. They will oversee the day-to-day implementation of the Education-in-Emergencies programme under the supervision of Project Managers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. The role requires close collaboration with local implementing partners and Street Child’s project and operations teams. The Project Officer will support activities in Donetsk, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson oblasts, ensuring that services such as child-friendly spaces, mobile teams, and teacher training meet the highest standards.
Street Child prioritises working with and through Ukrainian organisations. The successful candidate should be prepared to support and strengthen local partners' ability to serve their communities effectively.
This role is part of a project funded by the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund (project number 34832).
