Your Role: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution and delivery for Integrations, Adhoc and the Access Control products. This role will be responsible for sprint planning, task management, cross-team coordination, and process improvement to ensure smooth product development. The ideal candidate has a strong project management foundation, experience working in an Agile environment, and an understanding of software integrations and API.

  • Russian proficiency level: C1-C2.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience in software development in e-commerce or related fields.
  • Experience working with API-driven projects, software integrations, and third-party platform dependencies.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Strong task management skills, ensuring efficient backlog grooming, sprint planning, and on-time delivery.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering experience / background / education.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track sprint velocity, identify bottlenecks, and optimize delivery pipelines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
