Octal Philippines Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled .Net with Python Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in both .Net and Python to create, maintain, and enhance high-quality software applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and eager to contribute to innovative projects that drive business success.Key ResponsibilitiesReview of business requirements and functional specifications and identification of issues and questions related to it;Design technical specifications and code programs based on the technical specifications developed;Perform unit testing, code review, and performance analysis;Documentation applications through the creation of documents such as but not limited to functional specifications, data model, program documentation, and other;Provide production support, investigate issues raised by users, and manage technical activities like application testing, program optimization, and others; andPerform any other function or task related to the foregoing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverablesDesign, develop, and test software applications using both the .Net and Python frameworksParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesTroubleshoot and debug software applications to address issues and improve functionalityEnsure software quality through testing and documentationMaintain and upgrade existing software applications as requiredStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .Net development and Python programmingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt least 1-2 years of experience in .Net development and Python programmingProficiency in C#, VB.NET, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, MS SQL Server, and web developmentStrong knowledge of Python programming and its frameworksGood understanding of SQL databases and SQL queryingKnowledge of software development methodologies and best practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Health Insurance Standard Statutory BenefitsAllowance
