Role Overview : 

The Quality Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving the service standards of astrologers on the platform. They are responsible for auditing calls, chats, and video sessions to ensure compliance with quality guidelines and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct audits of astrologer calls, chats, and video sessions as per the defined schedule.
  • Evaluate interactions based on greetings, active listening, soft skills, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to astrologers.
  • Work closely with the training team to suggest interventions for low-performing astrologers.
  • Maintain records of audit scores, performance trends, and areas requiring corrective action.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preference for candidates with experience in quality control, training, or customer support Auditing.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assessment, call/chat monitoring, or customer service auditing.
  • Must be fluent in Telugu & English (Read, Write & Speak).
  • Strong analytical and observational skills.
  • Strong knowledge on google sheets/Ms Excel.
  • Familiarity with speech-to-text tools and CRM software is a plus.
