We are looking for an experienced specialist with proven experience in quantitative research for intraday trading.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engage in the full research cycle of trading strategies, including:

• Collecting and analysing market data
• Formulating and testing hypotheses
• Backtesting strategies and evaluating their effectiveness
• Monitoring strategy performance in real-time

Collaborate with engineers and quants to enhance systematic trading infrastructure.

Develop market impact models and portfolio construction methods.

Contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance trading systems.

Skills & Education:

• Strong proficiency in Python in a Linux environment.

• Deep understanding of statistics, data modeling, and time series analysis.

• Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team.

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines).

• Languages - Russian, English.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with machine learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

• Knowledge of Airflow and data streaming tools.

• Skills in high-performance programming (Rust/C#).
