Job Purpose: The R&D Technician carries out the micro-preparations of the new formulas, and realize all the necessary laboratory testing.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

The job holder:

• Conducts new formulas and laboratory testing
• Products small quantities of new products for testers and samples
• Monitors the first production of new products
• Trains the production department or third parties in new products

• BSc in Chemistry, Cosmetology, Pharmacy or related field
• Proven related working experience 1-3 years, ideally in a FMCG within the cosmetics industry
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player
