Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented RV Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the skills to diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, and overhaul recreational vehicles, including travel trailers. You will work with a variety of systems, such as gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and chassis/towing, and may specialize in the repair of generators, appliances, and interior components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot RVs requiring repairs and maintenance.
• Perform repairs and install parts to ensure trailers are fully functional and 100% complete.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections, ensuring all systems and components meet quality standards.
• Read and write repair orders, documenting work performed and parts used.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot propane gas and electric appliances.
• Conduct repairs on fiberglass, body, and structural components of RVs.
• Install, repair, and maintain various RV components, including roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, floor coverings, cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical, propane gas systems, batteries, and charging systems.
• Use manuals, catalogs, and online resources to source parts and conduct repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance and repair of RVs.

Qualified candidate will have the following: 

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the RV, automotive or carpentry industry with an emphasis on repairs and installations is desired.
• Hands on experience in construction/carpentry.
• Experience with hitch work and brake controls.
• Must be able to work outside or in an un-climate controlled environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail.
• Electrical experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate information.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use various hand tools.
• Willing to work weekends as needed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
•  Must hold the following certifications: RVIA, RVIT (Revit), 12V, and 110V

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
