We are working on building the best analytics consulting company in the world.We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent acquisition team.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Candidate Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles.Job Posting and Advertisement:Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.Develop creative recruitment advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Interviewing and Evaluation:Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement. 4+ years of in-house or consulting recruitment experience in supporting diverse business needsExperienced in hiring data analytics-related roles such as - Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Developer, Data Engineer, and Cloud platform rolesDevelop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagementExtensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates.Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive marketExperience in maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in ATSMust have prior experience in US hiringAbility to collaborate with a remote team and work across different time zones.Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
