This role is responsible for overseeing and developing a team of Regional Sales Analysts, ensuring that data-driven decision-making enhances sales performance across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Analysts, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Set clear KPIs and performance objectives to align the team with overall business goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring data-driven decision-making within the sales function.
Sales Data Analysis & Strategy
- Oversee the collection, interpretation, and analysis of regional sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Develop accurate regional sales forecasts and reports, leveraging historical data, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance across all regions.
- Provide in-depth sales performance reviews, offering strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Enhance data visualization and reporting methodologies for better clarity and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure data consistency and strategic alignment.
- Support business teams with insights-driven solutions to improve sales execution and market penetration.
- Continuously improve data tools, processes, and reporting methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Strong understanding of sales performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
- High attention to detail and the ability to present complex data in clear, actionable formats.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics and/or field sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
- Proven success in leading and developing analytical teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
