We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive sales and build strong customer relationships in the Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loan (BL) segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and ensuring seamless loan processing while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loans (BL) through various channels.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
- Maintain a deep understanding of loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to provide accurate information to clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) for smooth loan disbursal.
Market Analysis & Compliance
- Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates in the home loan and business loan sectors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines while processing loans.
- Educate customers on loan terms, repayment schedules, and other financial aspects.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in home loans (HL), loan against property (LAP), or business loans (BL).
- Strong knowledge of loan products, banking procedures, and financial documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
