Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell the company's products/services to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls. Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling or follow-up on leads. Qualify prospects and convert them into clients through personalized engagement. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized advice and recommendations. Manage customer complaints or issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for the client.Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in telesales, customer service, or relationship management.
