We are seeking a motivated and creative Residential Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in implementing marketing strategies that effectively communicate our brand’s values and elevate our market presence. As a Residential Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with various teams, including Sales & Marketing and external vendors, to coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a passion for real estate. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects will be essential. Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Residential Marketing team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
  • Support the planning and execution of events ensuring all logistical details are managed.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations and reports.
  • Manage the processing of invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring quality service and timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Collect and organize necessary documentation from vendors, including agreements and certificates of insurance.
  • Maintain organized files for agreements, contracts, and other important documents related to marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Act as liaison between the marketing team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing,  Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and content management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines; and be able to analyze and resolve issues independently.
