Who you are

An excellent customer service to our clients, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, processing. transactions, and tracking inventory levels. You will also receive and organize shipments of flowers and supplies, as well as assist with restocking and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

What you'll do

• Receive and organize shipments of flowers and supplies
• Track inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
• Load and unload orders as needed, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with the tracking and processing of returns and exchanges
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities to drive business growth

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Familiarity with the floral industry and basic design principles is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the floral industry is a plus
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work extended hours for Floral holidays such as Valentine’s, Christmas, Mother’s Day
