We are seeking a Road Freight Forwarder to join our dynamic team in Bulgaria.

As a Road Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of road transport services. If you're organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a passion for logistics, we want you on board.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of cargo.
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods.
• Serve the primary point of contact to customers.
• Plan, organize and control the transport activity.
• Taking over the tracking and execution of international transport orders, complete trucks (LTL / FTL).
• Ensure the flow of information to and from drivers.
• Ensure cost reductions / negotiating with carriers.
• Organize transport in the best conditions with respecting the quality, deadlines and standards required by the company.

• Advanced business writing and oral skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with customs procedures within Bulgaria and EU countries.
• Proficiency in handling ADR shipments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will consider a plus.
• Proven experience in Road Freight Operations, logistics or similar role.
