NXT GIG is seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SailPoint Identity Governance solutions to enhance our clients' security and compliance posture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create workflows, and ensure the successful deployment of SailPoint applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity management and governance concepts, as well as hands-on experience with SailPoint tools. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure SailPoint Identity Governance applications and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices for identity management and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Perform troubleshooting and debugging of SailPoint applications to resolve issues effectively.
  • Stay current on SailPoint features, enhancements, and industry trends to leverage new functionalities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and team members on SailPoint functionalities.
  • Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer or in a similar identity management role.
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and identity governance best practices.
  • Experience with Java and BeanShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and various identity sources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
