SASMAR is searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator. As a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, including our well-known Conceive Plus brand, we distribute our products in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring that our team has the tools and information needed to excel. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless flow of communication between departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and tracking performance metrics.
- Coordinate the order processing and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and logistics teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a pharmaceutical or consumer goods company.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
