With ambitious growth plans to expand our already impressive product portfolio, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Your Role Will Include.

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to establish interest and qualify their needs.
  • Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the New Business team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimise lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to ensure effective communication and positioning of our products and solutions.


What You'll Bring:

  • Prior experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working in SaaS, Software, or Telco sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
