JobType: full-timeWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base by connecting enterprise organizations with our sales team. We seek individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in their approach to outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high-quality sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Utilize various outreach methods, including LinkedIn, email sequencing, and cold calling, to engage with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Work closely with marketing teams to drive attendance to webinars, follow up with attendees, and set up meetings for sales teams at events.
• Partner with the sales team to secure meetings with targeted accounts.
• Take ownership of your pipeline, tracking key metrics, SQL value, and assigned solutions.

Qualifications

•  3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven companies.
• Proven track record of successful lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
• Experience selling platform-based products with multiple capabilities.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and other sales engagement tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
