We are looking for an Experienced Design Manager to join our team and lead the development of state-of-the-art machinery and solutions that power industries. Should be B.E / Diploma - Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.Should have a minimum 4 or more years of proven sales experience in capital goods industry, specifically with resistance welding machines.Should have experience in Industries like Automobile/ Defence /Private & Public Ltd.Should have Strong technical understanding of welding processes and applications.Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical information to customers.Should have Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.Should have Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Should have Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with potential customersShould have experience in handling a TeamShould be a local from Pune Region.
